OBJETIVE
To create an adecuate environment for the integral development of the people, by creating sports and cultural spaces, as well as creating a conscience of care and hygiene to form a culture with the values of Fundacion Alta.
SPACES
Cultural-educational:Take into the farm artistic and cultural activities (plays, concerts, etc.) that help to create a pleasent atmosphere as well as providing guitar and drawing lessons for their personal interests.
Health-Hygiene: To create a conscience about the importance of keeping in good health and personal hygiene as a form of self-respect, takinjg care and mantaining their dorms and spaces, as well as optimizing the use of water and environment.
Sports: To promote Sports tournaments and Olympics to create a healthy environment and team work; which can allow them to corelationate and liberate the accumulation of stress, so that their staying is more relaxed and satisfying.
Recreation: To offer alternative activities for their free time,so they can have an option to distract and share time togheter: Dances, Fusball, Movies, Singing Contests Table games, etc.
Every activity done by Social Work is directed toward the farm worker and has as objective to obtain a change of actitude through forming a culture of good habits that is manifested in the participation and bonding to create a pleasant staying, healthy and responsible, but above all, to practice what they have learned when they return to their origin community
DINNING AREA
As part of a complete hosting service healthy meals are provided to all workers at the dining area. Food Quality and handling of the meals are very important factors, as well as hygiene and cleanliness. Dining areas are provided with a ventilation system, TV and background music with the purpose of creating a comfortable environment where workers can take their meals and have a moment of relaxation.
STORE
There is store at the farm in which the workers can find ample diversity of products, such as food products, personal hygiene and health items.
This helps them to have everything they need handy, so they can spend their season with uss in a more comfortable and safe way. The store also has a credit system without any extra cost to the worker.
This is how we keep walking, even though there is still a long way to go to achieve a culture of order, respect, cleaness, bonding and justice; All these values to be lived in Grupo ALTA Culture, in ALTA Village. Just one day it was visualized by the founders.
